Precious Lindiwe Thusi is a visionary entrepreneur and the dynamic founder of Too-See Consulting, Too-See Engineering, and Too-See Energy — a trio of innovative companies driving impact in South Africa’s engineering and energy sectors. With a strong foundation in technical expertise and strategic leadership, she is committed to creating sustainable solutions, empowering communities, and transforming industries.
Her companies are proudly part of the Barloworld Siyakhula Programme and the Sasol Women in Engineering Incubator, both of which support high-potential businesses led by women in technical fields. She has also been selected by the Department of Trade, Industry and Competition (the dtic) to collaborate with global businesses through international partnerships in Germany, highlighting her as a leader with both local and global influence.
Beyond business, Precious is passionate about community development and youth empowerment. She is the founder of Precious Minds, Future Engineers, a CSI initiative dedicated to inspiring and mentoring young girls who aspire to become engineers. Her commitment to nurturing the next generation of leaders also extends to boys through the Big Bro Foundation, which promotes positive masculinity, leadership, and self-worth among young men.
